		<description>FileZilla doesn&#039;t allow for any of the protocols mentioned above. It can do plain FTP or FTP over SSL (FTPS). It cannot do FTP over SSH (SFTP) which is the preferred method of secure FTP. 

For SFTP I prefer &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.itefix.no/i2/copssh&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;COPSSH&lt;/a&gt;. It&#039;s free and can integrate with Active Directory. So far, it&#039;s the only free solution that does AD. Cerberus is great as well, but there&#039;s a cost with it.</description>

		<description>Take a look at Cerberus FTP server.  AD integration at only $290.  Also, the developer is much better to work with than the ass at FileZilla.
