IIS Application Warm-Up (thoughts)

So what is everyone thinking of the IIS Application Warm-up beta.  I have not had a great opportunity to install this solution.  I do have a need for a few clients.  In particular ASPdotnetstorefront sites that take a long time to compile the first time.
I would appreciate any information on users and their thoughts.
